About us

A small studio for the days that matter.

Our story

Everafter Events is a boutique planning studio for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. We are a small team on purpose: it means the planner you meet is the planner you work with, and the person who writes your timeline is the person who runs it.

We believe a good event is mostly invisible work — budgets kept honest, suppliers briefed properly, timings written down and agreed. Done well, it gives everyone else room to enjoy the day.

Our style is calm, considered and personal. We'd rather an event feel unmistakably yours than look like a page from a magazine — though we don't mind if it does both.

Values

What we believe

Calm is a service
We absorb the logistics so the people at the centre of the day don't have to carry them.
Personal over perfect
We'd rather your event feel unmistakably yours than look like anyone else's.
Honest from the start
Clear fees, realistic budgets and no commissions from suppliers we recommend.
A small number of events
We limit how many events we take on each season so each one gets our full attention.

  • Elodie Marsh

    Founder & Lead Planner

Elodie started Everafter after a decade in hotel events, where she learned that the best days are the calmest ones behind the scenes. She leads every wedding we take on and still writes the first draft of every timeline by hand.

How we work

Calm in the details. Present for the moments.

  1. 01We listen firstBefore ideas or mood boards, we ask about you, your guests and what the day should feel like.
  2. 02We shape a clear planA budget, a schedule and a concept you can see — so decisions feel simple rather than endless.
  3. 03We coordinate suppliersOne point of contact for florists, caterers, venues and crews, all briefed from the same plan.
  4. 04We manage the timelineEvery arrival, cue and handover is written down and agreed before the day.
  5. 05We're there on the dayQuietly running things in the background while you stay with your guests.
