Stage 01
Goals, guests, budget
We start by listening: who the day is for, who is coming, what matters most and what you would like to spend.
Stage 02
Concept and schedule
We shape a concept, a working budget and a planning schedule, so every decision has a place and a date.
Stage 03
Suppliers and logistics
We book and brief suppliers, manage contracts and keep the logistics — travel, timings, layouts — in one place.
Stage 04
Event-day support
On the day our team runs the timeline and handles the unexpected, so you can be a guest at your own event.
Our way
We kept waiting for the moment something would go wrong, and it never came. Everything we cared about was there, and everything we didn't want to think about simply happened.

Questions
For full wedding planning, twelve to eighteen months ahead gives us the widest choice of venues and suppliers, but we have planned beautiful weddings in six. For on-the-day coordination, three months or more is ideal. If your date is sooner, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Full planning means we are with you from the start: venue search, budget, suppliers, design and the day itself. Partial planning suits couples who have already booked a venue and a few key suppliers; we pick up from there, fill the gaps and run the day.
Yes, within Europe. Destination weddings need extra time for site visits, travel planning and local suppliers, so we usually recommend getting in touch at least a year ahead.
Yes — it is one of the first things we do. We will help you understand what your guest count, venue and priorities are likely to cost, and where you can make choices that protect the parts you care about most.
Despite the name, we begin around six weeks before your event with a handover meeting, supplier confirmations and a detailed timeline. The day itself runs much more smoothly for it.
