How it works
Stage 01
Goals, guests, budget
We start by listening: who the day is for, who is coming, what matters most and what you would like to spend.
Stage 02
Concept and schedule
We shape a concept, a working budget and a planning schedule, so every decision has a place and a date.
Stage 03
Suppliers and logistics
We book and brief suppliers, manage contracts and keep the logistics — travel, timings, layouts — in one place.
Stage 04
Event-day support
On the day our team runs the timeline and handles the unexpected, so you can be a guest at your own event.

Questions
Yes — it is one of the first things we do. We will help you understand what your guest count, venue and priorities are likely to cost, and where you can make choices that protect the parts you care about most.

Yes. At-home events need careful thought about space, power, catering access and neighbours, and we will walk through all of it with you before anything is booked.
Three to six months is comfortable for most private and corporate events. Larger corporate events or popular dates benefit from more. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on availability.
Yes. We provide itemised proposals and budgets suitable for internal approval, and can work with purchase orders and staged invoicing.
Gladly. We will interpret your guidelines for the event space — often more subtly than on screen — and share designs for approval before anything is produced.
