On-the-Day Coordination
If you have enjoyed planning but want to enjoy the day itself, our coordination service is for you. We take over in the final weeks, confirm every detail with your suppliers and manage the day so nobody needs to ask you where the cake knife is.

- Handover meeting
- Around six weeks out we review your plans, contracts and ideas in detail.
- Supplier confirmations
- We contact every supplier to confirm timings, access and requirements.
- Timeline and floor plan
- A detailed schedule and layout shared with everyone involved.
- Venue walk-through
- A site visit with you or the venue team to agree the practicalities.
- Rehearsal support
- Where needed, we run the ceremony or programme rehearsal.
- Day-of management
- A coordinator on site from set-up until the final handover.

About on-the-day coordination
Despite the name, we begin around six weeks before your event with a handover meeting, supplier confirmations and a detailed timeline. The day itself runs much more smoothly for it.
Of course. We are happy to work with suppliers you have booked or love, and we will brief them as part of the team. Where we suggest suppliers, it is because we think they are right for your event — we do not take commissions from them.
For full wedding planning, twelve to eighteen months ahead gives us the widest choice of venues and suppliers, but we have planned beautiful weddings in six. For on-the-day coordination, three months or more is ideal. If your date is sooner, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
