An evening of thanks for a growing team

The client — a fictional design consultancy for this sample — wanted their annual awards to feel personal. We built the evening around their people: short awards, longer dinner, and stories from colleagues instead of slides.

The room was dressed simply in silver and soft lilac with low centrepieces, and we worked with the production team to keep staging minimal so the hall still felt like a dining room.

Behind the scenes, a detailed run of show and a single radio channel kept catering, AV and presenters in step. The awards segment ran to time to the minute.
